This guide covers the basics of livestreaming on BitChute using OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), a free tool available for download from the official OBS website
Step 1: Set Up Livestream on BitChute

Log in to BitChute and click the Go Live button.
- Click Get Stream Key to access your unique stream credentials.

Choose a thumbnail, add a title, and write a description to inform viewers about your livestream. Once completed, click Save to create a live video placeholder on your channel.
Step 2: Configure OBS for Streaming
- Open OBS and select Tools from the top menu, then click Auto-Configuration Wizard.
- Choose Optimize for streaming, then click Next.
- For base resolution, select 1920x1080, and click Next.
- In the service options, choose Custom. Copy the Server URL and Stream Key from your BitChute livestreaming page, then paste them into the corresponding fields in OBS.
- Click Next and confirm any pop-up windows to complete the configuration. Apply the settings.
Step 3: Set Up Your Camera in OBS
To add your camera, click the + symbol under the Sources section and select Video Capture Device. This will connect your webcam or camera to the livestream.
Step 4: Start Streaming
- In OBS, click Start Streaming in the Controls section to begin your stream.
- Once your livestream is finished, don’t forget to click Stop Streaming.
