If you would like to delete your account and associated data, then we provide a user activated account deletion process.

Once activated your account will be scheduled for deletion in 7 days, and you will receive notification reminders of this event prior to the deletion process commencing. You may cancel the process at any point within the 7 day grace period.

Please note that the deletion process is irreversible once the 7 day grace period is complete.

To begin the process of account deletion, please follow the instructions detailed below:

Firstly click on Menu -> Settings;

Then click on 'Account';

Once here scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'here' to begin the process;

Lastly tick all the boxes to confirm the declarations, enter a reason for wanting to delete your account and click 'Delete Account'.
