Create account page stuck on submit

If you're having issues creating an account whereby you fill in all the relevant information, click 'Create Account' and nothing happens, firstly please make sure that the username you're choosing contains only supported characters, and the password you choose contains more than only numbers and is not a commonly used word. If you've checked this and it's still not working please try the following;

1. Try to clear your browsers cache, refresh the page and try to create and account again.
2. Make sure that you have cookies enabled, these are needed to make the site run smoothly. Please view our cookie policy for more information.
3. Check to see if any plugins you are using could be affecting the site, try disabling certain plugins and creating an account again.
4. If you use a VPN, check the VPN's settings are not interfering with the site, try to change the settings and create an account again.
5. Try to use a different browser or device if possible to see if this makes a difference.
